Otis J. Graham Jr., was born June 18, 1960 to the late Otis J. Graham Sr. and Alice J. Kingston in Columbia, South Carolina. Otis departed this earthly life and entered into eternal rest on January 22, 2021. Otis was a wonderful son, a great brother, loving and devoted husband and a reliable, loyal friend to many.
Otis was educated in the New York State Public Schools. He graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo High School, in Bayside New York. He also attended Baruch College in New York City.
Otis also known as “O”, Oski, and June, always seemed to have a big smile when you saw him, made you wonder why he was so happy. He loved helping people, especially when it involved working in the yard. Otis was very knowledgeable when it came to landscaping, this was his passion. He would help people whenever he could. He was very reliable. Otis enjoyed spending time with his family, especially hanging out with his neighbors, father, brothers and brother-in-law, talking about sports. He participated in track and field while in high school, and received many awards and trophies. Otis truly adored his wife, JoAnn. They were married for twenty-eight years. Otis, June you will truly be missed.
Otis is preceded in death by his mother Alice J. Kingston, father Otis J. Graham, Sr., older brother Ronnie Baston. Those left to cherish his memories are, his loving wife JoAnn King Graham, stepfather Walter Kingston Sr., sister Ramona Johnson (Kevin, Jeff), brothers Donald Graham, Carl Graham, Mark Graham, Walter Kingston Jr., (Lori) and a host of nieces and nephews along with other family members and friends.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 24, from 10am until the time of funeral service at 11am at Wiseman Funeral Chapel, 7531 Old Alexandria Ferry Road, Clinton, Maryland. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
