Regina Tonetta Taylor – Born on November 5, 1973, in Washington, DC
To Carol Monroe, and the late Reginald Reed, she departed this life for external and peaceful rest on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at The Casey House Health and Medical Center, in Rockville, Md. surround by her family.
Regina affectionately called (Gee) was a loving, caring and giving person, she was educated in public schools of Washington, DC and Silver Spring, MD. Upon completion of her high school education, she attended Sanz Medical School in Washington, DC for billing and coding and served at a medical facility in Northern Virginia, where she served for 2 years. Thereafter, she worked in Retail at Staples Office Supply store as an assistant manager and Giant Food Stores as a cashier – then rejoining the medical field she served at Riderwood Senor Living in Silver Spring Md where she served for 7 years.
Being a lady of good humor, Regina was full of laughter and joy, which she shared with everyone. Regina was baptized in Washington, DC at the Pure in Heart Baptist Church at a young age and continue her Christian experience throughout her life.
Regina was a die-Hard Redskin fan and enjoyed her quiet time watching her favorite TV shows and Reading.
She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish found memories of her life, mother Carol, one brother Reggie; two children- Kristian and Kristopher, First Grandchild Aloni Amour, two aunts- Angie and Barbara, cousin(s) Chaun, Cean-ti, Shakira, John, Hope and Alan. A host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 14, from 10am until the time of Remembrance at 11am at Wiseman Funeral Chapel, 7531 Old Alexandria Ferry Road, Clinton, Maryland.
